Identity differences such as race, ethnicity and gender can present challenges to serving youth, even among youth-serving practitioners who strive for equity. This webinar will focus on methods to overcome these obstacles by exploring key concepts from the mind sciences: implicit bias, racial anxiety, and stereotype threat.
