Key Responsibilities:

The Client Success Manager builds trusted relationships with diverse and key stakeholders such as current and prospective client organizations and consulting partners to generate proper levels of engagement, renewals, revenue and impact.  This team member facilitates successful and proactive client engagement, onboarding, implementation support, transition management and wrap-up to ensure clients’ desired outcomes are met or exceeded.

The Client Success Manager is responsible for driving client and project success while coordinating key resources in the business process, escalation of risks, potential growth and strategic value.  This person actively leverages the IYI team, methodologies and best practices to support successful implementation for the client.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, team-oriented and ambitious professional. The Client Success Manager has a strong dedication to improving the lives of young people with innovative and evidence-based approaches; will achieve annual revenue targets and impact goals; and continually promote the mission & goals of IYI to entities internal and external in order to enhance the impact of the organization.

The Client Success Manager must be able to effectively collaborate with and coordinate with leadership to ensure timely deliverables, budget management, grant compliance and alignment across Indiana Youth Institute. This person is methodical and fast-paced. Attention to detail, strong organization skills and a relentless drive for results is essential. This is a hands-on, roll-up-your sleeves position that also requires immense diplomacy skills.
