The lack of access to child care costs Hoosier employers $1.8 Billion annually. We know that 2/3 of young children in Indiana need care because their parents are working.

This is why early childhood education IS a workforce and economic development issue. This presentation will also highlight the importance of high quality early childhood education on brain development.
