As youth face more and more challenges, the youth care field needs to be ready to meet the increased needs of our clients. One way we can do that is to move from trauma-informed to trauma responsive. This session will provide practical tips and strategies for using trauma-informed information to change our interactions, programs, and staff behavior in ways meant to elicit meaningful and positive changes for the youth with whom we work.
