Returns on Investment

  • Documented ROI: $1.00 that is invested in a represented mentoring program, generates $2.08 of benefits, per student (Source: The Mentoring Partnership of Minnesota)
Youth & Community Benefits
  • A Range of Powerful Youth Outcomes: High quality mentoring is, simply and powerfully, one of the most effective social, academic and human intervention designs we have at our disposal
  • Increased support available to the local schools and youth-serving organizations
  • Greater community understanding of how to make a difference in the life of a child
Organizational Benefits
  • Assurance that your giving is consistent with what our state’s leaders and communities are telling us we need to do in order to achieve more positive academic and life youth outcomes for Hoosier youth
  • Knowing that your giving is multiplied – investments in mentoring, by design, leverage investments by other sectors who are equally committed to the state of Hoosier youth (eg. volunteers, schools, business)
