Professional Development Grants
of up to $750 may be used to pay for registration 
fees and some travel costs
associated with attending a conference, training, or workshop that focuses on
nonprofit management or healthy youth development. These grants may not
be used for IYI trainings or conferences, which are already offered at a
substantial discount.
Apply by the 10th of the month to receive notice of the award by the 1st of the following month. Up to two people in an organization can receive a grant per fiscal year.

Note: In an effort to spread the benefit of this program to as many deserving recipients as possible, we have instituted the following limits:

No more than two awards per agency per year

The transportation expense may be only mileage OR hotel expense, not both. Registration fees may still be requested in conjunction with either of these expenses.
