Communications Intern

The Indiana Youth Institute's Communications Intern assists with daily communications work, including: preparation and distribution of news releases; production and distribution of Kids Count Radio Minutes; production of Kids Count TV Minutes; production, communication and distribution for Kids Count Radio Show; communication with reporters, editors, news directors, and producers at various media outlets across Indiana; maintenance of communications logs and lists; and preparation of reports for sponsors. Excellent writing, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
This is a paid position for the fall 2008 semester requiring 10-15 hours per week.
